im not into putting ppl down, if i see a 400lbs guy doing laps on a track i would walk up and shack his hand. Because its good on him for trying. In my book he's better then a person who is 150lbs of skinny fat, because at least the 400lb man is trying to better himself. And not living in a constant state of complacent laziness. Ask me anything
